PRCF Entry Fees

Entries:
All entries (including for sale or exhibition) must be on a signed, official CFA entry form or an exact copy. Entry clerk will call collect, if information is incomplete or illegible. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Make checks payable to Fort Vancouver Cat Club. All fees must be in U.S. funds and accompany entries. No refund for failure to bench. One benching request per exhibitor, please.

The entry clerk is prohibited from accepting Championship or Premiership entries (unless the entry is for a Novice) without a registration number. Provisional (kittens or adults) and AOV entries (kittens or adults) must have a registration number. Please make contact with the entry clerk if requesting a Temporary Registration Number for a Championship or Premiership entry.

*Show Rule 2.19E: The MISCELLANEOUS (non-Competitive) CLASS is for any registered cat or registered kitten of a breed not accepted for Provisional Breed Competition. Miscellaneous class entries are examined by judges; however, no awards will be made in the class. All Bengal championship, premiership and kitten entries can enter under a TRN, but all Bengals in the show hall must be registrable, (5 generation pedigree with no wild blood).

Health:
This is a non-vetted show. We ask that all cats and kittens be current on all vaccinations (FVRCP, FeLV, etc.). Under current CFA show rules, show management reserves the right to have any cat showing signs of illness, disease or parasites removed from the show hall, in order to protect other cats in the show. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. De-clawed cats are not eligible for entry. All household pet entries over 8 months of age must be spayed or neutered. No kittens under 4 months of age will be allowed in the show hall.

For Sale/Exhibition Cage Rules:
Kittens must be at least 4 calendar months of age or older, and comply with all other CFA show rules. For sale or exhibition entries must be on a signed, official CFA entry form or a facsimile.

There is no designated show hotel. Local hotels which accept pets (some with a fee) - please call the hotel/motel directly for rates and any applicable fees:

Cage Size:
A single cage 21” x 21” x 21” is provided with each entry. A double cage is 21” x 21” x 45”. You may purchase a double cage for a single entry @$20. Back, sides, top and ?oor of cage must be covered. No more than one adult or two kittens per single cage. The club is requesting that no grooming spaces be placed in the aisles. A limited number of single cages are available.

Awards:
Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded for all wins in accordance with CFA Show Rules General Information: This show will be conductedRibbons and rosettes will be awarded for all wins in accordance with CFA Show Rules General Information: This show will be conducted in accordance with current CFA Show Rules. A copy of the CFA Show Rules may be obtained for $5.00 plus $2.00 shipping from CFA, 260 East Main Street, Alliance, OH 44601. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Registration numbers must be printed in the catalog. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to check the entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of any errors before the closing date.

Check-In and Judging:
Check-in will be from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Sunday. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 am.. Advertised show hours will be from 9:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday. Exhibitors and their cats must stay in the show hall during the advertised show hours, unless they receive permission from show management.

Supplies and Miscellaneous:
Litter will be provided. Cat food will be provided as donated. Please bring your own food and water dishes, and your own litter pan. There is a food vendor at the facility - our contract does not allow us to bring outside food into the show hall.
