Entries:
All entries (including for sale or exhibition) must be on a signed, official CFA entry form or an exact copy. Entry clerk will call collect, if information is incomplete or illegible. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Make checks payable to CFA Northwest Region. All fees must be in U.S. funds and accompany entries. No refund for failure to bench. One benching request per exhibitor, please. No refunds will be made once entries have been received, or for failure to bench. PayPal is available online for this show. Credit Card/Debt Card payment is also available. If you pay via paypal you are required to pay within 10 days of entry.
Per Show Rule 2.19E: The MISCELLANEOUS class is for any registered cat or kitten of a breed not accepted for Provisional Breed competition. Miscellaneous class entries are examined by judges; however, no awards will be made in this class.
Health:
It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All cats are expected to be free of fleas, mites, and infectious disease. All household pet entries over 8 months of age must be spayed or neutered. No kittens under 4 months of age will be allowed in the show hall.
For Sale/Exhibition Cage Rules:
Kittens must be at least 4 calendar months of age or older, and comply with all other CFA show rules. For sale or exhibition entries must be on a signed, official CFA entry form or a facsimile.
Show Hall :
In compliance with Washington State Law there is NO SMOKING in the show hall. Smoking in designated areas only. Free parking. People food will be available at the concession stand in the lobby, or there are several fast food restaurants within a short distance.
Overnight Parking :
Overnight RV facilities are available. Call the center for details, 360-577-3121. Cost is $16.22 per night, payable to the club with your entries.

There is no designated show hotel. Local hotels which accept pets (some with a fee) - please call the hotel/motel directly for rates and any applicable fees:

Cage Size:
Single cage size is 21" x 21" x 21". Double cage size is 45" x 21" x 21". No more than one cat or two kittens may be benched in a single cage. All cages must have curtains covering the back, sides and top in addition to a rug or mat on the floor of the cage. All Security cages, regardless of size, require a double cage space; $15.00 double cage fee applies.
Awards:
This show will be conducted in accordance with current CFA Show Rules. A copy of the CFA Show Rules may be obtained for $7.00 + $2.00 shipping from CFA, 260 East Main Street, Alliance, OH 44601, or you may download a PDF version. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Registration numbers must be printed in the catalog. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to check the entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of any errors before the closing date.
Check-In and Judging:
Check-in will be from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. Saturday. Judging will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Advertised show hours for the public will be from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m on Saturday. Show management does not allow early departures from the show, so make flight arrangements with this in mind.
Supplies and Miscellaneous:
Litter will be provided. Cat food will be provided as donated. Please bring your own food and water dishes, and your own litter pan.
